Q :: Are your items official?
A :: Yes, we only sell official products
Q :: WIll I recieve the exact item pictured?
A :: While each one of these amazing products are made by hand, we spend the time to photo, detail and upload the exact item you will recieve, some of the designs can vary in many different ways and we want to ensure you get exactly what you are seeing on the page.
Q :: Some of the items appear to have imperfections?
A :: Every item is hand made and the nature of this process may lead to what may appear to be imperfections in the finish. This is not a fault, infact it is part of the charm of these incredible pieces, each item is an individual work of art.
The item you recieve will be unique to you and that is why we photo each item individually and send you the exact one that is featured on the listing, lots of work for us but peace of mind for you!
Q :: Do you a discount code?
A :: We try to price each item at the optimum price for you in the first instance, on occassion we may have special offers or sales, which will be advertised on the main page or product page. Outside of that we do not normally have any other codes.
Q :: Do you have a physical store?
A :: Currently we do not, we are online only.
Shipping
Q :: Will there be customs fees on overseas orders?
A :: Any order dispatched from the UK to overseas will likely attract some form of customs charge depending on our countries import policies, for example, the USA currently has no customs fees for shipments valued below $800.
Q :: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
A :: Normally dispatch should occur within 24 Hours of order placement. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, our priority however is the careful packaging and padding of your items. During busy periods there may be a small delay but we understand the desire to receive your shipment at the soonest possibility.
Q :: How do you pack your items?
A :: As these are premium products, we pack them with the care and thoughtfulness that you would expect. We send every order in a box, that is well padded and is fit for the journey it is due to undertake. We understand the importance of packaging and safety in transit
Q :: This item is a gift, will the packaging give it away?
A :: We do not used branded packaging for this exact reason, there will be nothing on the packaging that will indicate what is inside the package
Q :: How much does shipping cost?
A :: In the UK, Tracked Shipping is £4.95 for any amount of items. For International Orders, the price will depend on the weight of the items, please add the items to your basket and go through checkout to calcluate the shipping costs
Returns
Q :: What is your returns policy?
A :: You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
